HOW MUCH BEEF TENDERLOIN SHOULD I ORDER?

Suggested average serving size is 8 ounces per person (1/2 pound per person).

You know your guests best, so plan accordingly. Good eaters may consume  12-16 ounces. 

​

Once they taste our fine meats, your guests may be wanting seconds :-)

HOW MUCH PRIME RIB SHOULD I ORDER?


Our prime rib is so good you may want to buy a whole one, but if you must know: here is the suggested serving size. 

​

We recommend planning for 2 people per bone. A whole prime rib is 7 bones. The smallest that will cook as a roast is a 2 bone prime rib. So we recommend ordering from 2 to 7 bones. If you need more than 7 Bones, try to order 2 equal size smaller prime ribs. 

​

Example: I have 16 people attending dinner. So I need 8 Bones. I would need to order 2 X 4 bone Prime Ribs.

DO YOU OFFER CURBSIDE PICKUP?

Yes, we are currently accepting curbside orders! Please allow 2 hours for order preparation. Same day ordering available based on how busy the day is. Best to order 1-3 days before to ensure your order is ready on time for you.


Once your order is ready, you will be called to let you know it is ready for pick up. When you arrive, call us from your car and we will bring out to your trunk.

CAN I ORDER SPECIAL CUTS?

Although our meats are ready in the counter as standard butcher recommended thicknesses and cuts, you're welcome to order special cuts. Best to order ahead. Please note some cuts may require 1-2 day notice. Call us to find out about your special request!

DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS?

WHAT INTERNAL TEMPERATURE IS BEST FOR MY MEAT?

USDA recommended temperatures:

  • Beef: 145°F

  • Pork: 145°F

  • Veal: 145°F

  • Lamb: 145°F

  • Chicken: 165°F

  • Turkey: 165°F

  • Fish: 145°F

  • Ground Meats: 160°F

  • Ground Poultry: 165°F

WHAT IS THE SUGGESTED TURKEY SERVING SIZE?

More is better! Always best to have left overs to indulge in the day after your big meal!
Suggested serving size for a turkey is 1.5 pounds per person. Our smallest turkeys run at 12 pounds and serve 8 average eaters.
You know your eaters best, so keep them in mind when placing your order.

We have Gift Certificates available in any amount. They can be used at one visit or multiple visits. Valid for one year from issue date. Mailing to your recipient available by US MAIL.
