Steak Diane Sauce!


Ingredients:


* 1 Cup of Clarified Butter

* 3 Crushed Garlic Cloves

* 1/2 Finely Chopped Onion or 2 Tablespoons Chopped Chives

* 3 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Parsley

* 1 Cup Tart Red Wine

* Ground Black Pepper

* Salt

* 1 Pound Sautéed Fresh Mushrooms

* 2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce

* 2 Tablespoons Ketchup

* Corn Starch



Directions:


  1. Heat clarified butter in frying pan

  2. Add crushed garlic and fry until golden brown

  3. Add onions to mixture

  4. Add ground pepper & salt to taste

  5. Add parsley to mixture

  6. Simmer until partially cooked

  7. Add Worcestershire sauce & ketchup

  8. Add sautéed mushrooms (and juice from pan)

  9. Bring mixture to a boil

  10. Add wine to mixture

  11. Thicken to taste by adding corn starch, little by little until desired thickness

  12. Serve over your favorite grilled Thuringer Meats Butcher-Cut Steak!
